These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and participation in Love is the Currency™ ("the Programme"), offered by Celia Peachey, trading as Ultimate Alchemist™ ("we," "us," "our").
By purchasing the Programme, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
Ultimate Alchemist™ is registered in the United Kingdom. The Programme is sold internationally, including to customers in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where applicable, your statutory rights under US consumer law are not affected.
Section 01
Love is the Currency™ is a six-week transformational coaching programme. Your purchase includes:
Section 02
Access to the core programme — including modules, live call recordings, and community — is granted for 12 months from your date of purchase.
Access to the meditations and activations library is granted for lifetime, meaning for as long as Ultimate Alchemist™ operates and the library remains available.
All access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, content, or access with any other person.
We reserve the right to update, upgrade, or modify programme content at any time. Where we do so, existing participants will receive access to updated materials within their active access period. We do not guarantee that any specific piece of content will remain available indefinitely.
Section 03
The Programme is priced at $997 USD. Two payment options are available:
All payments are processed in USD via Stripe, PayPal, or Wise. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
If you are on a payment plan, all instalments are due regardless of your participation level. By selecting the payment plan, you authorise us to charge each instalment on the scheduled dates. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is cleared. We do not offer refunds on the basis of non-participation.
Section 04
We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your original purchase date, provided that Module 2 has not yet been released to you or accessed by you.
After this 7-day window, or once Module 2 has been accessed — whichever comes first — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you are on the payment plan, your first instalment is refundable within the 7-day window under the conditions above. Once the refund window has closed, all remaining instalments become due and are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within the refund window with your full name and purchase details. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Love is the Currency™ is an educational and coaching programme. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, results, financial gains, business growth, or personal transformation of any kind.
Your results depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, consistency, application, and individual circumstances. Testimonials and case studies shared in our marketing reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve.
By purchasing, you take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Section 06
All programme content — including but not limited to modules, recordings, meditations, activations, frameworks, written materials, and branded assets — is the intellectual property of Celia Peachey / Ultimate Alchemist™ and is protected by copyright.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own private use only. You may not share, copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from any programme content without our prior written permission.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action.
Section 07
By joining the Love is the Currency™ community, you agree to engage respectfully with all participants and facilitators. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the programme and community, without refund, if their conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, abusive, or in violation of our community standards.
Section 08
We reserve the right to modify, update, or restructure the Programme at any time, including changes to content, delivery format, call schedules, and platform. Where changes are material, we will communicate them to active participants in advance.
Purchasing at a promotional or event-specific price does not guarantee that the same price, structure, or bonuses will be available in future rounds. Future iterations of Love is the Currency™ are not included in your purchase unless explicitly stated.
Section 09
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ultimate Alchemist™ and Celia Peachey are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the Programme or your use of any materials provided.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Programme.
Section 10
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law provisions apply in your country of residence.
